Emma Wallace
Since playing sports from an early age, I have come across my own injuries which left me on the sideline and taking time off work. As I got older these became more frequent and I looked into how I could recover quicker and how to maintain my fitness for longer.
I have experience in professional, semi-professional and amateur sports. Most recently as the Lead Massage Therapist with Ireland Rugby League Men's Team during the Rugby League World Cup campaign.
I have previously worked for a number of years as part of the therapist team in private physiotherapy practices where I gained invaluable experience in treating chronic pain and assessing more day to day injuries and condition. I developed a broader understanding on how this affect overall well being and this fuels my passion to help others.

I understand it’s frustrating to carry injuries, aches and pains on a daily basis, I will work alongside you to help achieve your goal, whether that's returning to full fitness or getting rid of those annoying niggles. I have extensive experience working with all ranges of people including carers, emergency service personnel, retired individuals, amateur and professional athletes.
I am going into my 5th year at my clinic which helps give new clients stability in who to choose.

Sheffield Giants
I worked alongside the Full Contact team from 2016-2022 as their Match Day First Aid Personnel and Injury assessor. Attending both Home and Away games as part of the coaching staff. With over 400 Athletes throughout the Club including Flag teams and Junior/Youth level this is has given me a wide range of experience with a comprehensive list injuries.
Ireland Rugby League
During the 2021 Rugby League World Cup, I worked with Ireland Men's Team throughout the campaign apart of the medical team.
Attending Training and Matches ensuring the squad had regular treatments throughout.
Sport Therapy Association
The Sports Therapy Association (STA) has set a new gold standard in professional representation for Sports Therapists, Sports Injury Therapists and Soft Tissue Therapists across the United Kingdom.
In association with the STA I have worked at a number of endurance events across the UK.
